Roles and Responsibilities

Role: -Senior Associate Relationship Management
Location: Delhi and Chennai
Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification:-UG: - B.Tech/BE - Any Specialization PG:-M.Tech/MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization suitable Marketing

Preferred Industry Exp: Fintech / Payments /Banking

  • Work on managing relationships with billers/merchants across India for Bharat Bill Payment System an interoperable platform at NPCI Bharat BillPay Ltd.
  • Work on new initiatives and innovative solutions with the Billers end –to-end.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with current and potential partners and large Fintechs
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams at BBPS and strategic partners to communicate about new product developments, weekly updates, setting expectations right between the partners and teams, connecting with sales managers to get the feedback, and apprise the management
  • Create communication and marketing awareness for the billers to increase the growth
  • Work on digital India theme of Digital Transactions increase across various billers
  • Develop collaboration plans for key partners, and develop product adoption of Bharat BillPay and customer success plans.
  • Take overall responsibility for managing the strategic relationship of billers across various categories like Electricity, Gas, DTH, Water. Insurance, Taxes etc. (communications, expectations).
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience dealing with Fintech companies, Wealth Management Start-ups, Payment Aggregators and Payment Wallets, acquiring new partners, servicing and managing the account and arranging for meetings and negotiations on behalf of the company. Must be an organized multitasker, be able to handle diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Candidate Profile:
  • Should know the Fintech and BFSI ecosystem very well
  • Should be comfortable with new technology developments around the fintech sector
  • Should be able to build long term strategic relationships, preferably involving channel partners - Should be thoughtful and creative, with a strong do-it approach
  • Should be able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic, startup environment
