Roles and Responsibilities

Profile : Manager - Product Development (NETC)
Experience : 5 to 9 years
Qualification : B'tech / M'tech / MBA
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Description of role:
As Product Manager, you will work with our Banks, NHAI & IHMCL and internal teams to set the strategic context for NETC product.
Key Result Areas: The Product Manager has responsibility for the following key result areas:
1. Analyzing the business requirement and developing the product right from the conceptualization stage, constructing the product, setting up product variants to cater different segments, define marketing strategies to enhance product activation.
2. Undertake projects and activities to achieve the assigned Income lines and monitoring cost lines for the product.
3. Responsible for client interaction with senior level business users, consult with regard to high impact changes, responsible for change request and enhancements.
4. Acting as a bridge between development team and any third-party regarding software functionality throughout the development cycle & implementation
5. Analyze business feasibility and profitability, evaluate competitive commercial offering and draft business proposals
6. Promote strategic development opportunities that will drive incremental revenue growth and increase acceptance of products and solutions
7. Responsible for Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis Study, Prepared Functional Requirement and Solution documents.
8. Developed and managed project plans, project agreements BRDs SOWs, Contracts, DOUs, etc.
9. Create and manage the Project Compliance Dashboard to monitor the projects documentation.
10. Act as an interface between technology and business / operational teams to provide functional expertise to set up processes.
11. Define functional requirement for automation of existing systems / development of new systems.
12. Works closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth functioning of day to day activities.

Skills and competencies required:
a) Proven strategic and commercial/Functional/Technical experience in a product management / product development role with technology company
b) Proven track record of successful new product development using formal methodologies working with a Technology Team.
c) Sound understanding and practical experience of modern technology stacks, application development methodologies and hosting infrastructures including cloud and on premise.
d) Experience of developing and implementing go to market strategies for software products in addition to core product development experience.
e) Experience of working in Banking and payment domain, Mobility and transit payment is preferable.
f) Ability to continuously prioritize development based on business value
g) Ability to create and foster consensus from the whole business for a coherent product vision that helps align sales, development, delivery and service teams
h) Education - University graduate or post graduate with B. Tech, BE, B.Com, MBA, MCA, MSC.
i) Strong numerical, analytical and planning skills and expense management experience is a plus
