Job Description

The candidate should have a clear focus on contract renewal management and asset management. This position will address all aspects of timely contract renewals and asset management. It inter-alia includes tracking of contract expires and triggering them for timely renewals along with other aspects like renewal process execution, inventory reconciliation, approvals & documentation.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Opportunities for renewal consolidations

Advance renewal of all IT contracts

Renewal request processing

Confirmation on assets under renewal cycle from IT users and OEMs

Identifying End of Support declared by OEMs for various assets under renewal cycle

Reconciliation with asset register

Approvals and documentations

Pre-PO audit wherever applicable

Timely redressal of any queries related to contract structuring

Compliance to procurement practices followed as per IT Procurement policy

Compliance to delegation of financial powers for financial approvals

Compliance to deviation procedures, if any

Documentation for audit compliance

Coordinating with quality assurance team member for timely redressal of audit findings

CWIP report with ageing and explanation for more than 90 days old cases

Contract renewal progress report

Updating all stakeholders from time to time on pending actions

Escalation handling wherever warranted

Liasoning with various IT users for timely and accurate asset data management

Timely and accurate IT asset inventory management

Tracking support expiresat asset level & contract level

Required Candidate profile

  • Well versed with procurement practices, preferably for IT
  • Exceptional vendor management skills
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office
  • Advance contract and document drafting skills
  • Well versed with key legal terms of contract
