Position: Event Marketing Lead
Location: Mumbai, Goregaon
Experience: 9 to 12 years
Qualification: MBA/ PGDM Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities:
Core Domain Skills: Event Execution
- Planning and Execution of digital and offline events for the company
- Vendor Management for events
- Ability to work closely with agencies to create new innovations for events
- Social Media Marketing knowledge for event marketing
- Ability to churn our Event related brand collaterals from agencies. A must have.
- Managing stakeholders and spokesperson for event related presence

Event Tech
- Ability to handle Event Tech and Automation Projects
- Ready to do tech checks and event related travel
- Knowledge of live streaming of events on social media platforms
- Ability to work with latest technology to provide quick videos of spokesperson internally

Other Skills : Will Be a Plus
- Brand Marketing communication for ATL/BTL & Digital activations
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Presentation Writing Skills
- Content Writing skills
- Designing & implementing Event Plans
- Design, Plan and optimise - Identifying & ensuring event related tasks are done as defined & documented
- Negotiations with Vendors to arrive at best cost

Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale events
- Manage a team of event marketing specialists
- Interact with key decisions makers and account-holders
- Spearhead the company’s event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees (elevator pitch, demos, etc.), maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance
- To organize and staff customer and sponsored events
- To develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand requirements for event participation/execution


UG:Any Graduate

PG:MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
