Roles and Responsibilities

Role -Lead BHIM Product Development
Location:- Mumbai
Qualification: - B.TEch / M.Tech/ MBA

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Help establish the design language for visual design and brand guidelines.
  • Partner closely with product, business and engineering leads to set the vision and agenda for the overall product.
  • Effectively prioritise complex workload, regularly communicate clear timelines, share project updates across all levels of the organization.
  • A partner who thinks big and designs for scalability while micromanaging daily tasks/bug fixes/logs analysis with the team.
  • Perform regular audits on the processes to obtain and analyse teams efficiency, alignment on productivity and quality metrics while meeting business objectives.
  • Analyze and come back with possible solutions to better the app experience by constantly reviewing customer, tech, and marketplace trends.
  • Provide complete product pictures by publishing dashboards, reports, and weekly/daily/monthly reporting of product data.

  • Ideal Candidate Requirements –

  • Worked on building, managing/growing an App. User/Customer acquisition/retention, understanding of payments (UPI preferable).
  • Strong portfolio of Innovative, customer centric ideas and executions that translate into positive user feedback.
  • Demonstrates a history of acquiring user data (conducting usability studies, performing user research, learning from feedback and complaints etc.)
    Adopts to an iterative approach while approaching business challenges and problems.
  • Ability to translate concepts into concrete representation in order to clarify ideas and promote collaboration based on shared understanding.
  • Cross team and Cross discipline communication skills and understanding of related business and technology process.
  • Fluency in best practices of User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interactive Design processes and life cycle.
  • Ability to provide and effectively communicate strategic and tactical recommendation based on quantitative/qualitative data and optimal design practices.
