Roles and Responsibilities

Experience: 2 to 9 years

Place of posting: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Tech, BCA , M.Tech


JOB PURPOSE

Candidate will be part of 24 /7 Online systems Team and Primarily will be responsible to ensures systems are at 99.99% uptime maintained.

Must display a high level of professionalism, sound judgement, commitment, integrity, teamwork and customer service.

Strong analytical, deductive reasoning skills, ability to determine best course of action /make sound recommendations.

Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with several stakeholders internally and external to organization.

Good troubleshooting/analysis skills.

Able to handle 7 to 8 members team.

Coordination with member banks to understand the concern and provide appropriate solution.

Support to internal and external audits.

Having Good knowledge on Linux/Unix, Database- SQL, Oracle, Redis

Also Knowledge on Distributed DMS, ISO messaging & Switching will be an added skill.

Sound skill on Open Source.

Basic Coding skills required.


JOB Responsibility

Critical System Monitoring

Primary responsibility is during critical situation - troubleshoot and resolving errors when technical issue, must act quickly to analyze available data and find the root cause. Responsible for completion of SOD & EOD activities and address the issues if any. Settlement Optimization. Ensure no settlement delays

Technical expertise & Attention to detail

To be mindful of details as task involves crucial and in-depth system handling.

To Handle technical issues and work towards closure by putting the technical skills in hand.

Ensuring the availability during critical issues and support 24/7.

On-Boarding

To carry out end to end system configuration.

Ensure and carry out all production pre-checks and post checks done as per internal guidelines and process set.

Handling Production related activities & Queries

Handling all Daily Production Queries and all internal production process tasks. Should carry out effective communication with banks and work with cross functional teams for coordination of production issues and work towards closure.

DR DRILL & other activities

Carry out Drills with proper coordination along with support team and carry out end to end pre- checks and post checks. Verify test results and critical patch movement to production system.

UG:BCA in Any Specialization,B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

PG:M.Tech in Any Specialization
