Experience :  5 to 8 years' relevant experience



Job Summary

The Level-3 Application Support Engineer will be responsible for formulation of procedures and best practices for all BBPS Applications. This position is responsible for resolving the issues in Bharat Bill Pay on-line and off-line applications. This position will be responsible for monitoring, managing and working in 24 x 7 OLTP environment in BBPS. Responsible to work in 24 x 7 mission critical Bill Payment applications and expected to co-ordinate with Database, Infrastructure, Operations team and other stakeholders, including but not limited to Banks and non-banking entities to achieve desired results in BBPS. Ensuring a near 100% application uptime is one of the key driver, by employing pro-active and re-active maintenance activities. Should be an individual contributor, should have ability to excel with the team. Should be quick learner.

  • Follow the standard operating procedure and refine them to suit the project
  • Hands on experience on shell scripting
  • Log Monitoring and Analysis for issue prevention
  • Performing Disaster Recovery Drills
  • Prepare RCA for Production issue
  • Seamlessly manage and maintain the application
  • Willing to work in dynamic 24x7 zero downtime Application support and management
