Position – Head Marketing
Location: Mumbai, Goregaon
Qualification: MBA in Marketing
We are looking for a dynamic and creative candidate to play a leading role in Brand & Marketing for NPCI & its product brand & services keeping in line with the brand promise with all its internal & external stakeholders. As Brand & Marketing custodian, you must be a go-getter and must have creative inclination to ideate holistic campaigns ATL/BTL/B2B/B2B2C/B2C. Starting with setting the brand strategy to creation of program briefs and rigorous outcome based execution. Should be able to think from content perspective and must have an understanding of offline and online medium, market trends, industry changes and more.
Create and execute a defined marketing strategy and brand communications that supports growth and enhances market share and generates revenue
Design & Implement ATL (TV, Radio) and BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media) and digital media campaigns as per business needs
Innovate with creative programs, driving engagement and viability
Advice on the translation of the overall strategy to localized catchment led marketing plans and activities – Bank Marketing and BTL activities
Deliver highly cost efficient campaigns
Developing brand communication and marketing for brands across product categories and market segments
Monitoring marketing trend & preparing strategy, developing brand awareness strategy, implementing marketing campaign
Will be responsible for overall brand architecture of the company
Manage the media planning and buying activities
Work across all functions to ensure effective customer communication
Devise and execute regular activities to build customer engagement and build brand salience Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Product, Business Development, Operations, etc
Market study, competition analysis, trends in brand/marketing
MBA from Premier Institutes with 12+ years of experience
Experience in Brand, Marketing Communications, Media
Industry: Banks & Financial Institutions, Technology / Digital, e-commerce, Consumer facing Organizations
PG:MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an umbrella organisation for retail payments in India, is an initiative of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) and is authorised under the provisions of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 for providing payment and settlement systems in India. Considering the utility nature of NPCI, it has been incorporated as a “Not for Profit” Company under the provisions of Section 25 of Companies Act 1956 (now Section 8 of Companies Act 2013), with an intention to provide best in class digital payment infrastructure by creation of efficient and innovative retail payment platforms.
NPCI has recently set up two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely, NPCI International Payments Limited (NIPL) and NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited (NBBL) with the objective of adoption of NPCI’s payment platforms globally, and to create a Unified Bill Payment Infrastructure within India, respectively.
