Roles and Responsibilities

Profile:Head - Engineering Delivery and Development Offline

Qualification & Experience – Bachelors or a master’s degree in engineering from a reputed institute

Location: Hyderabad/ Mumbai

Role Contour: Integrate and Lead Run Technology, Delivery Enhancements, Automation, and Testing and Implementation to ensure improvement and maintenance of tech systems

  • Number of issues observed in the delivery of the products
  • Expected Business Value from Automation

  • Development Cycle Time
  • Development Cost per FTE/User
Oversee technological delivery (e.g. settlements) for the offline product systems for the associated products (NACH, CTS, NETC) and services offered by NPCI
Oversee technological maintenance (e.g., patch update, DR drills) and issue resolution, root cause analysis for all the production incidents for the relevant offline products
Ensure all offline product (NACH, CTS, NETC) delivery are efficiently handled to maximize the uptime and optimize product run
Oversee compliance to all the applicable policies, procedures and make sure it is maintained across systems and system delivery of the offline products
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of hyper-automation and operational enhancement projects
Monitor project deployment and measure progress against the release schedule, providing guidance and mitigating potential risks.
