Role :Associate / Senior Associate Product Research & Standards

Qualification: B.Tech / MBA
Experience :2 to 7 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • The Associate is tasked with bringing together crucial pieces of information such as operational performance, market data, etc., from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options.
  • The Job involves working on Guidelines and creating common standards for stakeholders both from business and technical specification. The role involves communication of the documents to stakeholders and ensuring control of the documentation.
  • In this position, the associate/senior associate establishes and reviews key priorities and translates them into actionable and quantitative plans. The Job involves working on Documents, Data and PPT with a Project Management Methodology approach.
  • The associate /senior associate will also have an analytical role where he will manage and analyze scope of each document that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights to various departments.
  • The associate/senior associate will work with various departments to create approach notes and papers for easy understanding to stakeholders.

Major Activities:
  • Collate data from multiple sources
  • Liaison with teams like Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, Legal etc. for documents
  • Market research and data
  • Liaison with Stakeholders, set up meetings etc.
  • Create workflows and documents with respect to various aspects
  • Create proposal and workflows for Steering Committee
  • Scoping of documents and working on common standards
  • Version Control Management
  • Collaboration with different departments for updates etc.
  • Documentation for various Processes (DMS)
  • ERP Process flow
  • Process compliance
  • Audit data Collation and tracking etc.
  • Routinely work with the Operations and Business for the day-to-day planning or execution .
Major Challenges :
  • Liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders and engage on continuous basis
  • Continuous data collation and documentation
  • Co-ordination with multiple departments

Functional Skills :

  • Banking and Digital Payments experience
  • High Proficiency on Content Creation
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PPT
  • Experience in documentation and creating new documents etc.
  • Project Management
  • Good Communication skills


UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
