Roles and Responsibilities

Role : Associate : Quality Assurance

Education : Bachelors in Engineering

Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of software testing experience ,good knowledge in Payment Domain is preferred


We are looking for a Associate - Quality Assurance to join our team. He/She will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.

Accountabilities and Major Activities

1. Creation of Test cases -

  • Extensive experience in software development and testing
  • Create tests to identify software problems
  • Test modules/products and identifying deficiencies
  • Test case Automation

2. Identify and Analyze the Bugs

  • Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
  • Suggest solutions to identified product problems
  • Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
  • Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

3. Test Report, Documentation

  • Document results of tests for the software development team
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

4. Collaboration with Prod Team, Developers

  • Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution

Functional Skills

  • Strong Knowledge in Automation on selenium tool.
  • Experienced in Cache Products such as Redis, Memcache.
  • Review and analyze system specifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework.
  • Experienced in RDBMS/NO SQL Products such as MySQL , PostgreSQL, Cassendra
  • Integration Frameworks [ Redis, React, kafka, Cassandra, MySQL, PostgreSQL ]
  • Analytical mind and problem solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills


UG:B.Ed in Any Specialization

PG:Other Post Graduate
