Position: Senior Manager - Operations
Experience: 9 to 12 years handling ATM/Card and Electronic Banking operations in bank of repute or Service provider
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification: B'Tech / MBA (Technomanagement)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Client servicing/engagement to ensure customer retention, new enrolment, etc.
Leading team size of 30 members
Preparing Product Papers; process documents Operating Circulars, BRDs, procedural guidelines & Internal Notes etc. as and when required.
Part of Key Business Projects and achieve business Nos/targets.
Project Management New Products and enhancements, Automation of operational processes.
Follow ups with member banks and other entities for data compilation and other Business related activities.
Managing daily settlement for all NPCI products.
Well versed with Transaction Life cycle Management process for all electronic online transactions (ATM, PoS e-Com, Mobile banking IMS, UPI etc.), reviewing existing process/systems and enhancing for better customer experience.
Planning, Coordinating, Organizing meetings, Client Engagement Programs, Workshops, Events and other related items w.r.t the same.
Research and analyzing the best practices adapted in international ATM Networks and card schemes world over and create bench mark for NPCI.
Drafting and broadcasting the messages to the member banks.
Preparing presentations for Internal and External members.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills; maintain excellent relationship with all member banks, regulators, internal departments, etc. for furtherance of business goals.
Preparing and maintaining key MIS; analyze MIS and interpret; maintain MIS tracker for NFS Business.
Monitor Internal Project Tracker and do necessary follow ups.
Conducting workshops & training member banks
Giving the targets to the team and reviewing them on regular basis

Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Expert knowledge on the business of ATMs/Cards Industry.
Knowledge on Settlement and Transaction life cycle management for card based and electronic transactions.
Understanding of electronic banking transactions & Cards, Switching systems, CBS, etc.
Well versed and extensive working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)

Competencies:
Articulate & Excellent Written & Oral Communication and presentation Skills
Good coordination skills, Multi-Tasking and Event Management Skills.
Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
Innovative solution provider, capable of articulating new ideas and changes and getting them implemented in quick time.

Note: The eligibility criteria can be relaxed for the candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience on the payment (Cards) space.
