Job Description

Procurement and maintenance of office equipments/furniture/fixtures, to ensure their serviceability.
- Procurement and issue of stationery to various divisions and maintain their proper records and
- To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier, manpower consultants etc.
- House Keeping, Security, Liaison with Vendors & Building owner for related services, UPS, HVAC, Modular Furniture, Electrical, Security Service Management, CCTV / - -Physical Security, Access control Etc. Seating Management and allocation of space
- Facilitating execution of Contracts & Agreements to on-board the new vendors, focusing on using best business practice to improve efficiency
- Managing outsourced external service providers for Facilities, Security and Office services functions
- Ensuring fixed asset and office/residence inventory maintained as per standard procedures
- Health & safety risks are managed for outsourced service/work contracts
- Generated the data of Housekeeping Material, Maintain of Reports of Housekeeping Staff.
- Maintaining company guest houses
- Ensuring sufficient supplies of office stationery & housekeeping consumables.
- Ensuring that Material & Invoice processes are strictly adhered to processing the invoices with relevant documents to the Billing Team and ensuring timely payments to the vendors.
- Preparing MIS trackers in coordination with the Facility Manager
- Calculate and maintain a level of inventory control and responsible for the stock level variances on daily basis
- Periodically checking and amended checklists, operation steps, supervising general maintenance activities like Housekeeping, Pest control, Cafeteria.
- Cafeteria management Ensuring that the caterers are maintained highest standards of hygiene and maintained the food quality.
