Significance to the Organization This role manages Quality of Service for the member Banks live on RuPay acceptance, Onboarding of new services/products for the member Banks and also acceptance development in terms of new product design, deployment and scale of opportunities.
Accountabilities and Major Responsibilities
Institutionalize processes and infrastructure to support acceptance of RuPay International Card affiliates
2. Product Utilization quality services-Manage key performance metrics of RuPay card through proactive monitoring and taking corrective and preventive actions.
3.Product Penetration /Onboarding of Services-Ensure 100% of the payment ecosystem is live for RuPay card acceptance through any channel medium or for any possible use case.
4.Operational Efficiency- Interface with multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance to resolve issues related to the product.
People Skills: Manage internal and external relationships
Technology/Web Savvy: Understand payment transaction flows and is able to write BRDs for new soluti
