Job Description

Experience in Production Support for Large scale IT applications
Good exposure in Windows, UNIX / Linux
Experience in Trouble shooting of incidents & Issue resolution
Incident Management and active coordination across teams
Experience in Systems / Application regular and proactive monitoring and
preventive maintenance
Experience in managing multi-site support and other technical teams
Ready to work in shifts / round the clock
Experience in Vendor and stake holder Management
Basic knowledge in Java Programming with moderate DB exposure
Ability to work independently and within a team in resolving the high demanding production environments
Must be a good Team Player
Ability to perform Data analysis, adherence to data security compliance
Ability to communicate well (both written & verbal)
Good exposure in application deployment / configuration
Basic server cum hardware exposure is preferable
Basic exposure in QA is preferable
Collation and compilation of Project Status Reports

Salary: INR As per industry standards
