Qualification: MBA in Human Resource with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Description of role:

Talent acquisition of outsourced resources
Manpower planning and budgeting of outsourced resources
Employee on-boarding and conducting induction program
Draft policies and implementation of the same
Vendor evaluation
Demarcation of SLA / MPA & relevant work (handover of IT Outsourced resources from Procurement Team to HR Team)
Conducting employee engagement activity
Leave / Attendance management
Developing retention strategy
Career Development / Planning of outsourced resources
R & R for outsourced resources
Processing payroll
Maintenance of outsourced employee tracker

Note: The concern employee shall be on NPCI payroll.
