Profile : Manager - Operations (CTS & NACH)
Experience : 5 to 9 years
Location : Mumbai

Job Description:
1) Liaison with RBI regional office, member banks & service providers for CTS & NACH
2) Managing relationship for western grid based CTS & NACH
3) Monitor timely Query resolutions for all the NACH & CTS issues with banks , corporates
4) Driving Mandate & E mandate project with respective stakeholders
5) NACH & CTS Quality parameters follow up with banks (IQA , CPPS, APB returns , Legacy mandate )
6) Ensuring additional DBT business from state government
7) On boarding of new banks, testing, reviewing & certifications for NACH new banks \ new NACH products.
8) NACH & CTS operations
9) Migration of CTS Centers & P2F Operations
10) Participation in Steering committee & Banks, regulator, corporate meeting
11) For BCP operations, monitoring CTS & NACH operations.
12) Review operational process, suggest improvement & implement process re-engineering.
13) Ensure CTS & P2F centers migration as per RBI.
14) Driving E-mandate project end to end with stakeholders (Banks, Corporates, Service providers).
15) Managing Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT-APB) projects with Government & Banks.
16) Ensuring timely invoice raising & recovery of CTS processing charges from Member banks.
17) Ensure that Operation team is fully aware of scope and objectives through full collaboration and interactive process during day to day operations. Arrange training for banks .
18) Motivating team members for career advancement/ enhancement within NPCI. And creating second line in command (within team at each level) in case of exigency.
19) Adherence to various legal provisions/acts (NI Act/ IT Act/ PSS Act etc.). Compliance to internal & external (RBI) audit reports.
20) Coordinate with Technology Team / Vendor with respect to the CTS & NACH applications.
21) Own the process of new system requirements / closure of incidents and management of the UAT of both the products.

Preferred Skills :
• Good understanding of Banking, Payment instruments, Issues and concerns and practices followed in different countries.
• Innovative solution provider, capable of articulating new ideas and changes and getting them implemented in quick time.
• Articulate & Good Communication and Excellent relationship Building skills.
