Role: Manager - BBPS - Operations
Experience : 5 to 9 years
Education qualifications: Graduation with relevant experience, Candidates with Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Operations or Finance will be preferred.
Industry: Banking and Financial Services / Bill Payments / Cards
Functional Area: Complaints Management / Dispute Management / Banking Operations /Card Operations / Payment Gateway Operations /

Chargeback management and reconciliation.
Dispute management handling
Complaints management
Transaction processing and reconciliation.
Clearing and Settlement.

The candidate for the above position must be have over 5-10 years of relevant experience of managing a team of 4-6 people in Banking and or cards operations / Bill payment operations / Payment gateway operations and must be conversant with settlement processing, dispute management, chargebacks and handling of client complaints.

The role requires the candidate to co-ordinate with external stake holders as well as internal stake holders such as Technology, Business and Product functions for ensuring the service delivery within stipulated TATs. The candidate must be diligent having good conversational and interpersonal skills and must be adept in MS Office applications.
