Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 


Providing support for ERP functions, troubleshooting programs as needed, modifying computer code, and reaching all enterprise goals within given time-frames.
ERP developers are also responsible for: resolving functionality issues; following all security guidelines; working with enterprise security devices; entering data into encrypted databases; maintaining backups to prevent data loss; resolving application problems as they arise; analyzing complex company information; and processing program bugs. They generally work in fast-paced office environments and must utilize their multitasking skills to participate in a variety of projects.
Manage end to end project planning for the development effort, which may include team management/development, issue management, and change management;

Technical Skills
Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards; Develop conversion and system implementation plans;
Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation;
Train users in conversion and implementation of business applications;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners throughout Magic Leap;
Develop annual strategy, budgets, work plans, and project schedules in partnership with business and technology stakeholders;
Leads and participates in code and design reviews;
Writes increasingly complex code to create single- threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone or those which access servers or services;
Develops code necessary to complete the assigned project(s) in the specified time frame according to departmental standards and guidelines;
Identifies and reports problems in new and existing software;
Writes, modifies, and debugs software for client applications;
Develops the critical components of the solution, including but not limited to, security, rules infrastructure, custom adapter implementation, and application interfaces;
Supports completed software throughout the Software Development Life Cycle and in production;
Design, develop, code review, bug-fix, and test the application;
Actively participate in the design and code review process to ensure excellent code quality;
Write Low-Level Design, Unit Testing Plan, and Unit Test case documentation;
Assist in Integration Testing;
Prepare and maintain clear documentation that includes specifications, test conditions, plans and data;
Interface with end-users to resolve production issues or development concerns.
Has ERP experience with finance, Procurement, CRM, HR etc. modules

Excellent communication, resolution management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to quickly master technical as well as functional complexities and nuances of diverse applications & technologies;
Experience in building and managing within controls/compliance environments;
Ability and a strong desire to provide exceptional in-person and remote support to our user base across our offices;
Ability to work as a member of a team, lead specialists, manage all aspects of projects and provide consultancy and support to business customers;
Decisiveness, good judgment, strong organization skills, project management skills, strong technical knowledge, excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. developer on enterprise projects;
Expert level understanding and practical expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle methodologies;

Required Candidate profile

5+ full life-cycle application development and project implementations;
Demonstrated track record of reengineering business processes and driving adoption across an organization/department
Clear understanding of business process streamlining methodologies
Accredited in other process improvement methodology
Has managed functional processes and policies and/or projects
Experience of implementing continuous improvement processes
