Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and strategy to meet those talent needs with both internal and external recruiting efforts
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelling.
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
Address concerns related to performance management, policies, compensation, benefits or any other related issue for employees to ensure satisfaction and promote employee involvement.
Regular audits of employment contracts and records of all employees.
Monitor Bottom quartile management & disciplinary cases.
Driving employee engagement activities on floors and in various shifts ensuring increase in motivation & commitment for all employees.
Build and execute annual business-HR strategy & plan.
Drive Labour and Statutory Compliances in the region.
Generate a variety of reports as requested by HR, Finance, and other business leaders.
You will lead and participate in cross group and companywide projects such as development of internal processes and policies, plus recognition and retention programs. This role will have business partner responsibility for multiple Hyderabad & Bangalore location. Position shall be based at Hyderabad and will require travel to Bangalore twice in month.
