Job Description

Adherence to Admin budget & Savings as per the allocated Budget
To manage housekeeping & security staffs as per Agreement terms & SLAs
Timely processing of Invoices. Maintain Invoice tracker & timely PO creation for Administration relate National purchases
May provide suggestion & improvements on key process enhancements / improvements
Ensure compliance to all labor laws, policies and related statutory guidelines
Equipped with Soft & Technical skills to manage & maintain Facility & Technical office Equipments
Should have technical understanding of Key equipments like USP/AHU/EPABXs etc..
May manage high level meeting requirements & adhere to official protocols
Should have sound understanding of Electrical & Fire safety norms
Adherence to targeted quality standards - Service Standards - HK/ Security/ Food etc.
Vendor empanelment/Development /Performance analysis & Negations
Contract & AMC management & timely renewals
To maintain an updated control sheet of the vendor payment, providing quarterly provision list
All procurement related activities in terms of generating and maintaining Purchase Orders, budgetary allocation of Purchase Orders, Quotation requirement from vendors, following the Procurement policy for non IT assets. MIS to be maintained and shared with senior management. Quarterly analysis of purchase orders. Vendor data base should be maintained as required. Handling monthly audit of the purchase orders.
To impanel new vendors like offshore storage facility, printing and corporate gifting vendors for the entire organization. As per requirement Process
To ensure always to complete the various admin task as per the company policy and SOPs
To work as a team player to achieve organizational goals.
To complete all the task given by superiors within the given timeline
