Chargeback management and reconciliation.

Transaction processing and reconciliation.
Clearing and Settlement.
Experience : Banking and or cards operations / Bill payment operations / Payment gateway operations and must be conversant with settlement processing, dispute management, chargebacks and handling of client complaints.
The role requires the candidate to co-ordinate with external stake holders as well as internal stake holders such as Technology, Business and Product functions for ensuring the service delivery within stipulated TATs.
The candidate must be diligent having good conversational and interpersonal skills and must be adept in MS Office applications.
Note: The eligibility criteria can be relaxed for the candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience.
