Profile : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Operations (NACH / CTS)
Experience : 2 to 5 yrs
Location : Mumbai (Goregaon)
Qualification : MBA

Job Description and Responsibilities:
1) Operation Relationship Manager for Western Grid based NACH Banks.
2) New DBT business migration to NACH from state government\ sponsor banks\ government agencies for various schemes.
3) Query resolution for all the NACH & CTS issues with banks & corporates.
4) Mandate follow up & E mandate project implementation and timely completion.
5) NACH & CTS Quality parameters follow up with banks - APB returns, Deemed follow up , IQA , Legacy & others parameters.
6) On boarding new bank, testing, reviewing & Certifications for NACH new banks \ new NACH products\ existing NACH products.
7) Close coordination with Technical & Certifications Teams for all technical query resolutions pertaining to issues raised by NACH & CTS Banks.
7) Monthly \ Fortnightly handling of BCP for NACH & CTS operations.
8) CTS Migration & P2F Operations - Supervision & Billing.
9) MIS & Billing activities.
10) Managing quarterly steering committee meetings with banks, regulators & corporate customers along with other meeting conducted from time to time.
11) Handling new and upcoming NACH projects & initiatives.
12) Adhere to process.
