Profile : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - NACH / CTS Operations
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in any subject.
Total Experience : 2 to 7 years
Experience:1) Minimum post-qualification experience of 2-3 years in banking organisation, clearing house, service branch or a cheque clearing solutions company.
2) Exposure to Cheque Truncation System (CTS) would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Daily Clearing House Operations.
2) Generation of Clearing House Reports, MIS etc.
3) Co-ordination with member banks w.r.t. CTS and NACH quality improvements.
4) Co-ordination with banks & their vendors for smooth & seamless NACH & CTS Operations.
5) Co-ordination with member banks for ensuring CTS Network connectivity.
6) Co-ordination with member banks for CTS Readiness, NACH on-boarding.
7) Assistance in conducting UAT, File Testing, Capture Solution Integration etc.
8) Assistance in Hardware & Software installation.
9) Assisting member banks for data, images & reports retrieval.
10) Assisting in conducting regular training/awareness programmes for member banks.
11) Assisting in any other activity deemed important for CH & Business Operations.
12) Co-ordination with internal departments for ensuring smooth business operations.

Essential Knowledge:
1) Cheque Truncation System (CTS) & Cheque Clearing.
2) Knowledge of Banking Operations including Digital Banking.

Desirable Knowledge:
1) IT & Network skills for Cheque Truncation System (CTS).
2) Strong Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills.
3) Strong inter-personal skills.

Note: The eligibility criteria can be relaxed for the candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience.
