Profile : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - EMV
Experience : 2 to 5 years
Qualification : B'tech / M'tech / MBA / MCA
Location : Mumbai / Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Job Description:
• Provide / facilitate technical expertise to member banks on EMV technology based products as effective payment mechanisms, if required
• Responsible for development and evolution of NPCI’s EMV payment application specification and test documents
• Assist/Support member banks in RuPay Card Issuing and Acquiring certification
• Support the internal teams from certification/business perspective during UAT
• Use knowledge of NPCI dual interface card, platforms & standards and advise internal/external customers on EMV
• Work closely with a variety of internal IT, Business & Servicing teams to onboard a new Bank/Vendor

Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of card transaction processing , EMV Transaction flow , smart cards, NFC
• Sound knowledge of ISO 8583
• Good understanding of authorization systems, transaction routing
• Have an overview of Payment and Settlement System, Core Banking Solution, Banking Operations
• Verbal and written communication skill
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information to internal and external constituents at all levels
• Broad understanding of core technologies
• Good Interpersonal skills
