Position: AM / DM - Online Operations (GST Application)
Experience: 2 to 5 years into Operations

Qualification: Graduate in any stream /MBA
Location : Mumbai (Goregaon)

Work profile involves handling operational activities and managing the day to day activities related to GST application. The candidate should adhere to the laid down processes and also work towards addressing the queries raised by banks. The candidate must be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional. The candidate must also have excellent customer service and communication skills.
This position would be reporting to the Sr. Manager - Online Operations

Will be responsible for handling GST application
Provide training to banks on GST application
Generating Invoices and GST reports in the application
Regular interaction with banks on queries related to GST application
Creation and sharing of user id’s and password with banks
Preparing MIS for reporting purpose

Articulate & Excellent Written & Oral Communication and presentation Skills.
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
Innovative solution provider, capable of articulating new ideas and changes and getting them implemented in quick time.
Excellent organizational, leadership skills and Multi-Tasking with problem-solving ability
